Calls go through APILayer's shared gateway with an apikey header and return JSON keyed by date, optionally filtered by category (food, health, awareness, etc.) or a specific country/state calendar. The free plan allows 100 requests a month; paid Starter/Pro/Enterprise tiers raise that to the tens of thousands.
