Change tracking

Recently changed.

We re-fetch every tracked entry's OpenAPI spec, hash it, and record what moved. We also track the catalogue itself, so a new entry, one flagged dead, or one relisted as live shows up here too. This page lists every change we've caught, across the whole atlas, newest first. A "content changed" row means the spec body changed with no version bump and no path added or removed — often just a wording edit deep in the spec.
