Gdynia's Otwarte Dane portal runs CKAN 2.6; the stored `http://` link now redirects straight to HTTPS, and a live keyless GET against `otwartedane.gdynia.pl/api/3/action/status_show` confirmed the CKAN Action API responds with JSON but carries no `Access-Control-Allow-Origin` header on either a plain GET or an OPTIONS preflight, so cross-origin browser reads are blocked. Individual dataset resources are mostly published as CSV, with a handful of ZIP and SVG map exports.
