The consumer-facing Coinbase API (prices, accounts, buys/sells, transfers) now lives under the Coinbase Developer Platform's "Coinbase App APIs" docs rather than the old developers.coinbase.com portal, which now blocks direct access. Public price and exchange-rate endpoints remain keyless, while account, transfer, and trading endpoints require a CDP API key; there's no separate paid tier for this REST-only surface.
