Fixer
Fixer delivers current and historical foreign-exchange rates back to January 1999, sourced in part from the European Central Bank, with conversion available as a dedicated endpoint and time-series/fluctuation data unlocked on its Professional and Professional Plus tiers. It covers 170 currencies and, like Currencylayer and Exchangerate.host, now operates under the APILayer umbrella sharing its billing and docs platform. The whole site and API force HTTPS today, including the free tier.
