Imgur
Imgur's REST API (v3) covers the full platform — image and album upload, the front-page gallery, voting, comments, tags, and account management — returning JSON. Anonymous reads and even anonymous uploads work with just a registered Client-ID sent in the Authorization header; a full OAuth2 access token is only required to act on a specific signed-in user's own account, such as managing their personal albums or votes. Non-commercial use is free under a credit-based rate limit (roughly 12,500 client requests/day, with a separate 1,250 POST/hour-per-IP cap); commercial applications must register through RapidAPI's metered paid plans.

Auth quickstart
- Sign up with the provider to get an API key.
- Send it on every request as a header
Authorization: <key> - The exact header isn't documented — Authorization is a common default; confirm in the provider's docs.
Your key is stored only in this browser (localStorage) and sent directly to the API — never to greatapis.
