JCDecaux Bike
JCDecaux's Open Data API serves live station status -- available bikes, free stands, opening state, and last-update timestamps -- for the Cyclocity/Vélib'-style bike-share networks it operates across cities worldwide, addressed by contract code. Developer keys are free to request through the portal, JSON is the only response format, and JCDecaux asks integrators to cache results and avoid polling any single station more than once a minute rather than enforcing a hard rate limit.
