Oikolab aggregates ERA5/ERA5-Land reanalysis (global, 1950-present, ~5-day update lag) with NOAA/GFS, ECMWF and Environment Canada forecast models, including higher-resolution 2-5km regional forecasts for CONUS and the EU and seasonal outlooks up to 9 months ahead. Beyond raw time-series, it can generate TMY/AMY EPW files for building-energy simulation at any global point back to 1950, billed via a per-unit metered credit system (1 unit = 1 location x 1 parameter x 1 month).
