Data.gov.ie is Ireland's national open-data portal, run on CKAN 2.9.14 by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform. Its Action API at `/api/3/action/` (e.g. `package_search`) needs no key, but the live `Access-Control-Allow-Origin` header is scoped to the portal's own Superset BI deployment (`superset.data.gov.ie`) with credentials enabled, rather than reflecting arbitrary third-party origins — so cross-origin calls from other sites are blocked.
