Podatki.gov.si (branded OPSI, Odprti Podatki Slovenije) is Slovenia's national open-data portal, run on CKAN 2.2b and hosted by XLAB. Its Action API at `/api/3/action/` (e.g. `package_search`) answers keyless GET requests with full JSON and a wildcard `Access-Control-Allow-Origin` header, so third-party apps can query it directly from the browser.
