QWeather, rebranded from HeWeather/HeFeng in 2019, provides global weather data with especially deep coverage of China, including current conditions, minute-level precipitation forecasts, severe weather alerts, air quality, and typhoon tracking. Access is billed pay-as-you-go beyond a free monthly quota, and while API-key auth still works, QWeather is pushing developers toward JWT-based authentication.
