Russian Calendar
This is the source for a small self-hosted “is today a working day” microservice for Russia, built by its author as one piece of his home-automation stack and backed by the production calendar published on data.gov.ru. There's no publicly hosted instance to call — the README documents running it yourself via Docker, after which /calendar/day/ and /calendar/day/YYYY-MM-DD/ return a JSON holiday flag. The GitHub repo has been archived since 2021 (read-only, no further updates), though the code and Docker setup remain available to fork and run.
