Tyk
Tyk is a self-hosted or cloud-hosted API gateway exposing a Gateway REST API for managing API definitions plus a separate Dashboard Admin API for keys, policies, and analytics, authenticated with a static secret header rather than OAuth. The open-source Gateway is free to self-host with no request limits; Tyk Cloud and Self-Managed/Hybrid deployments add usage-based Core, flat-rate Professional, and custom Enterprise tiers. Each deployment runs on its own infrastructure, so there's no single global API host and CORS is configured per gateway rather than fixed platform-wide.

- Sign up with the provider to get an API key.
- Send it on every request as a header
Authorization: <key> - The exact header isn't documented — Authorization is a common default; confirm in the provider's docs.
